Orders can be shipped directly to your home or preferred address for a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Shipping costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping

We offer free local pickup in Jackson, Mississippi when orders have arrived.

After your order is placed, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your order.

We offer local delivery within select surrounding areas of Jackson, MS for an additional delivery fee.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Closures
  • Custom orders
  • Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include: Your order number, Photos of the product, and Photos of the packaging

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Heavy On The B Hair Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
